Topic: Rising PSA on ADT
PSA went from 0.4 to 5.6, did radiation at first now I am on triple blockade. The doctor is recommending chemo, Do I see my urologist or oncologist?

Casodex might be contributing to the increase, you might want to look into stopping the casodex.
